A Link with a Cast

This is my first two sprite comics I hope you enjoy! Constructive criticism is welcome.



I think that the first comic was too cluttered and hopefully it won't happen again.

Wait, sorry I must have saved it as something other than what I'm meant to. What do I have to put the image as?

Save the images as a .PNG, it's the smallest file-type (I think) and its not blurry.
JPEG= Blur and too big.
BITMAP= Too big.
GIF= Sometimes messes up the color.

Issue 3 and 4 here

I can't figure it out, so if anyone cares enough to save it here.

Everyone else... I guess it wasn't that special, basicly Gamma joins and Beta is pissed.



Sorry about the writing on Issue 3, it won't happen again since I just got speech bubbles...
But for those who couldn't read it ( I know I couldn't) this is what they said... (it is only the 3rd, 4th and 8th slides because I could see everthing else they were saying)

Not even close. JPG, BMP, and GIF suck in paint. PNG is the biggest and the best.


The first one's text is hard to read, so I don't understand the storyline.

Bloodmage doesn't say anything important if that's what you mean. Basicly Link was beaten by Ganon and is experimenting with different methods of beating him by getting a new weapon and finding a sidekick.

WHAT A ****ING PIECE OF S**T YOU SUCK -- some bald critic that weighs 299 pounds, is 3 feet tall, and hates people that are bald.

I don't know if you were sarcastic with the last point or not but this is my first comic and if you have a criticism please tell me how to fix it. Edit: Whoops, never noticed your name by the third review, but I've still got a way to go.
I'm having problems uploading the third comic, so I'll have to work on it.

Reign: You could tell from the person saying it in the last review of GoS that it was a sarcastic comment. I mean, Some Bald Critic? Sounds sarcastic to me.

It was don't quit. I was trying to say how the critics always hate the movie/comic/catoon/fair/holiday and what not. I'll give it an edit to seem more sarcastic.

Righto, sorry but my brother wasn't very encouraging in me doing this so that's why I took it the wrong way.

How do you make those backgrounds for the comics?

If you mean the first comics you can go to the spriters resource, you can find backgrounds and furniture from FF6 (Which is the game those back grounds are from) and model it like an area in the game. I used a program which captures scenes from games to get those backgrounds. I think the instructions are found on some spriting websites.

I like them. You add Mario, LoZ, and sonic together. I'd like to see you add Chaos on one of these scenes. Keep it up.--Ghost of Shadow (truth)
