I think Reggie should be playable he would pwn! Whether i want him or not i think it is safe to say that Baby Bowser will be a playable character. Maybe:

King Boo
Tingle (just so i could kill him)
Erika (Fire Emblem)
Koops (paper mario)
Goron, Zora etc
