Have you ever done a simple test to check some of this stuff?
Record exactly when you feel this dread and what you feel it about. Then, continue on with your day as if you didn't feel that dread, record how often something really bad did happen, remember, it has to be bad enough that that feeling of dread was justified. That would be the simplest way to see if it's at all accurate.
As for the rest of those signs, guess what, they are incredibly vague, they would apply to almost everyone on Earth, literally. Everyone makes friends with people like them, what is this 'spiritual plane', and how does being 'more in contact' with it grant you special powers?

What proof do you have of a spiritual world?
Also, Energy can only be used to refer to physics, if it doesn't work the way physics say energy works, then it's not energy, it doesn't matter what kind.
OK, let me sum up my post a bit: Can you provide any proof that indigo children exist? Who said that they existed in the first place? What proof do you have that a spiritual plane exists? What is this 'spiritual energy'? As it obviously isn't energy, and it certainly doesn't seem to have any constant properties, it just does whatever anyone wants it to do.
