My Apologies

I felt a need to do this.

I don't know if any of you remember, but 3 months ago I was banned from these forums. Most of you probably feel less of me now, I hope not, but hear me out.

My first strike I got was for posting in a thread where everyone was spamming. I posted "Must this thread be here? Someone close this." I'm sorry for that post, I had no idea you could Report a bad post, I wish you mods wouldn't think of me as some postwhore or something.
My second strike was for double posting in my shop. I can thank Trico for this. I'm very sorry for doing it, but nobody requested at my shop for like a day! And it was at the bottom. All I wanted was some requests because it's fun, not to whore my postcount. So sorry though.
My third strike, which was a complete misunderstanding, and I did not get the chance to explain, since I was banned and was threatened to be IP banned if I made another account for any reason, was for flaming. But you dont know the story. I "flamed" one of my IM buddies as a joke since so many people were making a big deal out of the topic he made, I flamed him to show everyone how dumb they looked complaining about his idea. It was a sarcastic flame. Im sorry, but I would have deleted the post and no harm would be done. Now Searano, I know you said "Thats like stealing a womans purse, than returning it and saying it was just a joke. That doesn't mean the crime wasn't commited!" That's a COMPLETELY different principle. I didn't steal or anything bad. I made a joking flame to a buddy. He knew I was just playing around. I don't flame people for anything else.

I suppose you all hate me and think less of me. I also saw while I was roaming around during my ban the mention of my name. I think Mirren posted something like "Yea, that stupid n00b stole the Half a bee's name". Well, EXCUUUUUUSE ME. I didn't know people referred to him as HAB, considering the Half a bee is an initial anyway. Im flattered you called me a n00b. I guess I deserve it. Im a horrible user.

Well, I apologize, even though they were small offenses that I overlooked and didn't think about, for everything wrong I've done. And Im sorry for taking HAB's name. Im very unoriginal when it comes to names.

If a mod feels like closing this, feel free. I don't even know if its in the right forum. Please, don't hate me, I love this community and would like to start over.

Well I never saw what you did but the fact that you at least apoligized makes you less of n00b to me. I don't think the first two strikes are completly excusable but the third is the mods call. Also just because you're nick is HAB doesn't mean people should say you stole the name. Welcome back and try not to repeat your mistakes including jokes that could be taken as flames.

welcome back, I'm sure you've changed your ways, and I relize that you probably aren't a post whore (892! wow, congrates on the 900 in advance), and the other thing wsa probably unintentional. As for you name, although they have no right to say that it was stolen, you should consider getting it changed if it bothers you, and other ppl that much. and again, WELCOME HOME!

And how was anyone else supposed to know you were joking? I'm saying this to offend or ridicule you, just to remind you all, Communicating over the internet to someone who can't hear your voice, tone or anything, and may very well come from an alltogether different culture, is not like talking to someone in person. Misunderstandings are guaranteed.

Though if I can't flame, I don't see why Radek and Tigerboi get the priveledge. Not that I plan to be a flamer, but Radek and Tigerboi get away with it all the time. Have they ever been given strikes or bans? I understand Radek is good friends with Lars and all, but it is no fair. If I can't flame (not that I would intentionally) then Radek needs to be stopped too. He's hurt my feelings many times before.

Hurting one's feelings doesn't mean that you flamed anyone, it just means that your opinion hurt their feelings.

It was probably because of a post like that that he mentioned you in the first place.

It's good to see a regular poster back. Although, I am a member of NU anyway, so we probably exchanged words a couple times. Still, welcome back.
