You can still find Makar playing his violin in the boss room of the Wind Temple, but you've missed your chance on the others. Oh, and if you start a new game on the same file after you beat the game, you'll have all the figurines you collected in the previous game right from the start. So you won't have to go around taking everyboody's picture for the second time.
