First unzip the zip file. Then take the files out of that zip file and move them to your fonts folder.. Then start Photoplus and it should be selectable.

Go to: settings -> control panel -> fonts -> install the new font from the directory where you have unzipped it. Then open up whatever program you have for needing that font (Photoplus in this case for you), go to the font selection (like what you do in MS Word) and just scroll down to find it.

Or you can just type in C:\WINDOWS\Fonts. Then extract your files to a folder (unpack them, in other words) and copy the .ttf file into the C:\WINDOWS\Fonts directory. That'll make it available to everything that supports custom fonts.
