I like it, but I also noticed everyone of your characters speaks in exactly the same way... or at least with very little variation. Found myself getting lost as to who was actually speaking and only figuring it out when i ran across a dialogue tag. Was and interesting bit of story though.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, that I liked the storyline - Link get's mugged ahahahahaha (I've never thought your stories pointless, dramatic yes, but not pointless)
