Majora's Mask is my favourite Zelda game, but the Wind Waker seems to fit all of the conflicts that arose as a result of the events that transpired in Ocarina of Time.
Erego (tee hee hee!) I would be inclined to say that the Wind Waker is the better Ocarina of Time sequel, although, I thnk, that in order of what is the better sequel, the order is;

OOT -> ALTTP -> tWW -> LOZ.
