PAL/NTSC Zelda

You probably already know that the PAL N64 runs at 50hz, 12% slower than its NTSC counterpart. But did that have any effect on the two N64 Zelda games? Or did Nintendo put a speed fix in for the PAL carts?

I've noticed that the clock in MM seems to run at the same speed on both PAL and NTSC versions - in fact the only difference I've noticed is when the giants stop the moon from falling. On NTSC, the music finishes exactly as the cut scene finishes. On PAL, the music finishes a few seconds before the cut scene.

I'm not too sure about OoT - I think the only difference in the PAL version was the addition of more European languages (French, German, Spanish etc).

Anyone have more comments?
