Kill the cuccos in LA

Okay, I'm not sure if anyone knows this or this was already done, if so, lock.

I was browsing the Nintendo.com fourms when i came upon a topic made by ZeldaGal!

It sounds like it isn't something possible. Burning the cuccos, I mean you've NEVER been able to kill them in any other game.
I'll try it out though.

It's quite easy. Just get your magic powder out and meander to a Cucco and throw it at it and the cucco will burn and leave a rupee behind. I just tried this on my LA DX.

I never knew that and Iv'e had that game since it was first released.
Finaly I can kill those little thing and get my own back

I myself thought killing the cuccos on LA was going too far. Poor cuccos.

You can also sort of kill them in the Oracles, if you use a gale seed on them (they get blown away), and if you use mystery seeds on them, they turn into chicks. Awww......

If you do anything to the Cuccos when Marin is with you, she always hollers, "NO! NO! Poor hen! Stop that!"

Although I remember one time, and one time only, when I swiped at a cucco with my sword, she said something like "Do it again! Wait, did I say that?" Must have to follow some sort of order to get that message.

Huh...I honestly thought everyone knew this. Well here's two more things that you probably didn't know about cuccos in LA:

1. You can also kill the cuccos (and dogs) with the Magic Rod.
2. If you attack the cucco multiple times, a swarm of cuccos will attack you (now here's the part you may not know), but if you take out your Magic Rod, and fire at the original cucco (to kill it), the swarm of cuccos will stop hurting you and run off screen.

i remember when i first found that out, i burned the crap out of all those cuccos. it was fun, so very very fun

I honestly didn't know that! I just burned the heck out of those cucoos!

it's so cool you can even kill the dog in LA!!!

I'd known all that for a long time, except what BGS said about the swarm going away.

It's fun burning them dogs. Ahahaha!

I knew the nuber one, but not the two

At last those chickens will pay for when they killed me in LA i'm havin chicken toight.

I've known you can kill the chickens! Isn't it obvious? I never kill them though. It's alot funner the other way around. Has anyone tried to kill the chickens in 4swords with the firerod? It's so much like the magic rod that it might work...

I feel like adding a note to younger members & guests:

Don't go getting a sword and attacking a chicken with it because you think a load of chickens will come attack you. It really leaves an icky mess, and you'd get in trouble for pointlessly killing an animal.
