So what do you guys do when it comes to physical activities? Like sports, running, weights, all that good stuff.
I play lacrosse (and have for the past 5 years). I play defense because I'm way too big to be a midfielder or attackman, and I don't have the reflexes to be a goalie.
Lately I've been into weight lifting alot... I probably take it more to an extreme then any body here because I like it so much... I joined a gym at the beginning of the summer (I'm 15 just so you all know), and I've been into it hardcore since... I workout 6 days a week with the following schedule:
Moday: Chest, abs + Cardio (350 calories burned from running)
Tuesday: Arms (Biceps and Triceps) + Cardio (300 calories)
Wednesday: Legs, abs + Cardio (100 calories)
Thursday: Back + Cardio (250 calories)
Friday: Chest again + Cardio (250 calories)
Saturday: Forearms, abs + Cardio (400 calories)
Sunday: Rest day.
Each of those workouts on Monday-Friday last about 2 hours each, and my Saturday workout is about 1 hour 15 minutes... Right now I'm also dieting to take off fat for the winter so I can bulk up... I take TwinLab Creatine once a day (because it's one of the cheaper brands), and TwinLab Ripped Fuel to help me put on lean mass and prevent the Creatine from adding extra fat.
Right now I weigh 193 pounds, and I'm only 5'10"... o_Ô;; Most people would think I'm fat until they see pics of me and whatnot...
[Now that I look at it, I think I'm almost the most physically active person on these forums... ]

BE VERY CAREFUL
I know someone who at 16 did the SAME AS YOU, and now has a crooked back, so his body's wrecked as a result of over-exertion at too young an age.
I myself go three times a week, and do everything in one day but still do stomach exercises every day, and on non-gym days jog for a bit for cardio-vascular, resting on Sunday. I also like yoga every now and then for supplety.
No supplements bar an A-Z vitamin (I'm a naturalist), but plenty of mixed salad for nutrition, and tuna for building- high protein, zero fat.

This is actually very true. I'm not boasting, (well not intending to:rolleyes: ), but the amount of women that have complemented on my finger skill on their nipples during intercourse, have actually put it down to the fine co-ordination due my video-gaming prowess.
