This must have taken a while to be drawn from scratch! No immediate critique I can think of except for: Expand the scenery!

Or if you want, try taking features from the Carneval of Time, and make your own festival thing.

If I must nitpick though, I have to say that the top of the clock tower touching the top of the imagery (the blue part) by just the edge bothers me a tiny bit.

And one star on the righthand side is distracting with how long it is and incredibly close to touching the top of the wall.

Those are just things that bothered me from the second and third views.
