BGS- There is a spot where hunting(as long as you have a license) is allowed where I've seen pheasants and quails, so maybe I'll leave stuff like that out? I mean it's probably already obvious to hunters that those birds are there. I don't know. Maybe I just shouldn't worry so much. Too bad my friend had to bring it up.

And of course endangered species will be left out, which I didn't even think of before you mentioned it.
