How do you change the name?

Ok does anybody know how to change the message under your name ?Ex:Under my name it says Gerudo thief.How do i change that to what i want?

You can not change this until you have had 1,000 posts....no wait....nevermind that. You cant change it till you have been on the forums for 2 months...or was it three? Or mabey its 200 days...i dont know...The mods flippin change the rules every day. Somtimes im not sure whats going on.

But you can proably find it somewhere on the forums...but i dont know were.
All I know is that one time i went to Edit Profile, and it had the thing there. So i wrote somthing in it. and there it is.

You will be able to chang your rank(which is what it is called) 100 days from your join date. Since your join date is March 16, 2005, you will be able to chang your name on June 24, which is in 3 weeks.

There are other threads like this. You know you should try the search option next time. That can be your best friend.

You can change the rank after 120 days of membership and it doesn't matter how many posts you have. Then when you can change it, it'll let you in the profile info. The only reason this is is because people were postwhoring to get to it. Until you get 1000 posts and can't change the rank, it changes itself depending on the post count.

Lol, you know on the rules page, it says:

There are also different user titles (otherwise known as ranks) that appear below your name on posts, and in your profile. Once you have been a member for 4 months, you can set your own rank to whatever you want in your user profile. As with everything else, keep your rank clean; no swearing or otherwise offensive things should be in there.

So many different answers, but Zoran Hero is right. And the best thing is to ask a mod or an admin if you are still not sure.

To make use of an image seary uses... Obviously you wouldn't search 'referral,' you'd search 'title' or 'name,' but I'm too lazy to change it.
