Exclamation Post-E3 Hyrule Times, New Zelda info

Hyrule Times: Post-E3 Edition
Lots of new stuff for the new Zelda. 1 new video and some screens too. This Hyrule Times states that Link may fly on some kind of flying creature, awesome! Oh yeah, and:

I had not heard about this before. Very interesting and cool! Sort of like Majora's Mask where the areas got the normal overworld music and were literally freed of all evil once you beat the boss of that particular area. Great!!

But you got to remember.... They are really trying hard to make this game better than Ocarina of Time... so I can see all the temples/dungeons being totally awesome

Kinda old news but still good to listen too. These dugeons or temples are probably going to be the best we've seen. More temples=more weapons=more fun!!! See? It does add up!

And they said Midna does exsist out of the Twilight Realm in the "strictest definition of exist" and they said she might be your shadow.

Y'know, I swear I've heard that (awesome) boss battle music before, from the Skull Kid video.

It reminds me of something from "Nausicaä and the Valley of the Wind."

Re: Post-E3 Hyrule Times, New Zelda info

I have a question:

Since humans cannot remain human in the Twilight realm, do you think to Twilight realm is related to, or maybe even the same as the Golden Realm in ALTTP, because you do not remain human in the Golden Realm either, you become a pink rabbit, as I remember. Thanks in Advance!

I second that.

Could be compared to OoT as well, in some ways, although your example is much better: when you complete the water temple, Lake Hylia returns to it's original depth, or when you complete the Fire Temple, there is no longer a red cloud above Death Mountain.

I don't think it's the same but as soon as I heard that you change into a wolf when you go into the Realm I thought of aLttP. I think they borrowed the idea a from that little though.

I'm somehow leaning towards this "flying beast" thing as a mode of transportation to be something similar to the bird in LttP and tMC. The other thing mentioned is that you can use the boat as a faster transportation around the world.

Interestingly enough this seems to be a direct contradiction of a statement made at another interview with Gamespot (Link to follow when I have more time to find it), in which it is stated that the twilight realm will grow during the course of the game. *sigh* It would seem that Nintendo's representatives just don't talk to each other...

All I know is they said Miyamoto will be more involved in this Zelda than the previous two. That's enough for me. As Matt says if Miyamoto believes I'll be there too. Miyamoto-san creator of game I salute you!

I'm wondering whether this flying thing will be:
A) something you control using the controller.
B) just another song you play, you choose destination, it transports you there (like the wings in Majora's Mask).

I'm hoping for option A; I think it would be, because if it was just another warping transportation method, you wouldn't need Epona as much as they seem to be telling us, AND they wouldn't bother to announce that there's a flying thing if it was just something we've seen in a past Zelda like the Owl's Song/wings in MM or the Ocarina warp songs in OoT.

I remember reading that too. It could be both. The Twilight will grow in the first half of the game, and then you could find a way to seal it away to infinity later in the game. I don't imagine you'll be able to get out of your wolf form in the Twilight too early in the game anyways.

Of coarse, it could just be bad PR...
