Um. A buddy of mine got temporalily banned. His name is Orichalcosmaster. Uh, why'd he get banned?

He was banned about two months ago. I don't know why actually, I've seen him make a couple of spam posts, maybe that was it.

As incredible as it might seem, there's a reason why the staff discussions, including those related to banning and reasons for banning, are done behind "closed doors" in a forum not accessible to the public.
So yeah, we don't comment on why members are banned in public. A person who was banned will know perfectly well why he/she was banned, and if that persons wants it to be public knowledge, outside of what can be read through looking at a persons posts, that's that person's choice to make.

Is that why we were allowed to know why chinakid was banned? Or was it because the mods decided to bend the rules a bit, seeing as how he was nothing but a troll?
