Ocarina of Time had a longer main quest, but it wasn't as challenging nor was there as much replay value. I don't think length can ever really be used as an indicator of quality above 8 hours; it's just not that significant of a factor (It's kind of like saying "Painting 1 is better than Painting 2 because Painting 1 uses more blue than Painting 2").
