My diet consists only of veggies and fish. But mostly everyday, I only eat veggies. Fish is a luxury, I guess. Is it the veggies? Then I drink a lot of soda. Its all I drink really, except for a glass of water for when I go to bed. But lately, the only soda I drink is Pepsi Next. Its supposed to have less calories. It tastes like diet, so I just naturally assumed it was diet or something associated with diet pepsi. I can get the yellow stuff off, but a lot of it still stays. Its because I'm not brushing my tongue long enough or hard enough with the tooth brush. So obviously mouthwash alone doesn't help. I could invest in a tongue scraper, maybe (What the HELL are those, anyways?)
I have to stop brushing my tongue, because I have really bad gag reflex (Or good..I don't know the etiquette). It just makes me gag real easily.
Does it matter that I have acid reflux, too? I can't take a single sip from soda without burping or hiccuping once(Like if I drank it for too long). So I burp a lot (Silently).
But uh..Yeah, I still drink it anyway..I only drink carbonated stuff(I don't know WHY. Its just some weird addiction I have.)
