I just thought I'd show this. It's a pretty moving account of a duaghter who lived with who neglectful drug addict parents who abandoned her and left her to live in a run-down home with no electricity or running water. Luckily, she was a straight A student and is going to Harvard in the fall.

I can kind of relate to this girl, though I haven't had entirely straight A grades like her, sadly enough; but I'm glad that I'll be leaving the oppressive environment that I've been in and will no longer need to use the Internet as a source to express myself. I hope this can inspire those who are feeling down that life does get better as long as you have the determination to make it that way.
