I'm sorry for always ruining everyone's time by expressing how I believe I am seen by others, I should just shut up and keep that to myself because I know that it makes other people feel bad for some reason and I really don't want others to feel bad because of me.

I'm also sorry about spilling my guts out about my depression and my childhood because that too makes people feel bad and I don't mean to ruin other people's time.
