I liked Zant best- and then he took his helmet off. He went from cold and menacing to weird in just a few short seconds. Majora's Mask is creepy and overall a great villlain. Ghirahim started out okay, but he had no real effect on the story, so he turned out to be lame. Ganondorf is hardcore and awesome.
