You have to fly into the silver diamond switch with a seagull. To do this, get to the top of the island using the Baba Buds in the Haven all the way to the top and use the Deku Leaf to fly onto a ledge above the one to get to the Forbidden Woods. Once outside, use the Hoi Pear and hit the switch. Keep in mind that you also need the Deluxe Picto Box.
