As for myself, YouTube comments generally annoy me. It seems like the amount of incoherent trolls vastly outnumber people who contribute decent conversation/commentary. Also the "thumbs up if you..[insert whatever the person wants thumbs up for that is usually very obvious/bound to get a lot of likes]" because people just want their comments to be at the top of the page is irritating. Just say what you feel and if people agree, you will automatically get your comment liked! Don't ask for it.
And when it comes to real life, I can't stand it when people say "You'll see in a few years for now" or "You'll change your mind when you're older" when they happen to be older than you and you express an opinion that is different from them. At 21 years old, I think I am capable of thinking for myself and if my feelings should change over time on a certain matter, then okay. But I find it invalidating and downright rude when you say your feelings and someone glosses over it by insisting my feelings will change.
