What do you guys do when you wake up and you need to get out of bed, but you're super-tired and comfy? When your eyes can barely stay open?

I tend to read my twitter feed with one eye open and one eye closed, and switch the eyes when they get tired, and eventually both my eyes are feeling much more awake. By then I'm normally more willing to leave bed. If not, the thought of getting to catch up on the internet gets me out of bed.

Or sometimes I just need to pee.

If I'm really tired I might shower in the morning, but I haven't done that for a while.
