Re: ZU's Cooking Thread Tonight for dinner I made chicken fajitas. Sliced chicken breast cooked with onion and red peppers, seasoned with chili powder, cumin and cayenne and a little bit of ketchup. Served with diced tomatoes, seven-layer dip, red kidney beans, jalapeņos, shredded cheddar, and whole wheat wraps.
