On request from Vynrah, I made baguettes today.


(It's a lot harder than you'd think to get perfectly shaped and rounded baguettes)
This was my first time making them at home. Last time I made them was a few years ago at school. They came out rather well. The crust came out a little too crispy, but not bad at all since baguettes are supposed to have a very crispy crust. The inside is really nice, light and fluffy, perfectly cooked. The bottom of the crust has a very small burt part, but it's hardly noticable. That's just a matter of my over though, I'll have to try it another once or twice to figure out how to get them perfect.
