They still want to do one, it just won't be based on the Judas Contract, since the Terra storyline was recently done in the animated series.
However, currently the suits at Warner Bros. just want to green light stuff that will sell. Anything to do with Batman, Superman, or the Justice League. So don't expect a Green Lantern sequel or the Batgirl: Year One movie that DC was planing.
