My ethics teacher wore these all the time. He said he started wearing them once he started training for marathons that included swimming. I remember this one day he came in all dressed up in a nice suit, but he had a pair of bright blues on. It looked ridiculous. Even the ladies who worked in the office came in and gawked at him.
