I don't think you can call a retcon on the state of the Triforce if that's what you are saying. We see the Triforce split at the end of
OoT, but we see the Triforce unified and in the Sacred Realm in
ALttP. It just doesn't match up. However, a bit of inconsistencies could be cleared up if you use the Miyamoto Order.
