Well I don't really have a problem with it as I can buy M rated games without question because of how old I look, and my parents don't care if I watch R rated stuff. You might try telling them that if you get it in game form, then you would satisfy your needs for mass murder in the game and not in real life. I always find it a nice stress reliever to load up Unreal Tournament 2004, and shoot everything that moves.. mmm... blood.. good luck with convincing them!
