If you want to make a website there is one thing you need to be able to do:

CODE HTML!!

You absolutely have to know HTML or have a really good WYSIWYG editor. Also knowing other things such as JAVAScript or CSS is good as well, but HTML is needed. And I am currently busy with coding a site, I cannot help with yours.
