Like somebody else mentioned, I'd make dumpster diving legal. Seriously, people throw away really nice stuff just because they don't want it, they move and don't have room, etc. I'm hella poor, so I was ecstatic when I obtained a brand new ironing board, gorgeous decorative pillars (for potted plants), and even laptops I've been able to fix up and resell.

And gay marriage, even though it's been mentioned numerous time.
