I don't see much point in this topic. I don't think higher sales will prove that a console is better or not, all it proves is that it's really hyped up and that people want it. Do you think exactly everyone are satisfied with the purchase? Surely someone received a broken console by mistake. Surely some people were displeased with the product?

I am not speaking about any specific console, that is just how I view sale numbers. Sale numbers are insignificant in my eyes.

IGN this, IGN that - they're not the source of all knowledge. I don't visit their site, and I advise everyone to not view reviewing sites as something even near a reliable source that you can trust for when it comes to buying games.
