The first one is better.
I want the firs sig the same but if you could, here are the things that you could change in it, i'll be more specific:
1. Leave the original color of the picture of goku. Don't want it mixed with the color of the background.
2. Make the picture of goku more smaller when adding it to the background, so that his upper body is shown along with most or all of his hair.
3. The text removed.
Keep the background of the first sig you made.
