Okay, easiest to hardest...from what I can remember, in the original Ocarina of Time:

5. Spirit Temple
4. Shadow Temple
3. Fire Temple
2. Forest Temple
1. Water Temple

In Master Quest:

5. Shadow Temple
4. Water Temple (funnily enough, it's actually possible to skip a great portion of the temple)
3. Fire Temple
2. Forest Temple
1. Spirit Temple
