Potent, why can't LoZ/AoL take place after FSA? It would explain Ganon's return as he could easily have broken out of the Four Sword like Vaati had done twice before.
The result would be this:

WW/PH - FPTRRL - OoS/OoA/LA - [TMC] - FS/FSA - LoZ/AoL

To me, it makes more sense that way.
