He reached a peak in tWW, and I'm surprised they even managed that, considering how long he'd been waning for. By now, he seems somewhat like Team Rocket in the Pokemon games. They've been defeated so many times they're just run-of-the-mill boredom. Besides, there is no rule that says "Ganondorf MUST have the ToP" - if somebody more powerful comes, then it's theirs. I'd like Ganondorf to be given a rest for three games or so, just so he can recoup his scare factor.
