If Nintendo did want Midna, or the Twili to return, I suppose this is the way they would go about it.
But back on the subject of the picture of the girl, i really don't think she is a Twili. She resembles the Fairy Queen a lot more, so, if i had to guess, i'd say she is a fairy being, but perhaps not the Fairy Queen we see in
TWW (due to the fact the Fairy Queen in
TWW seemed flirty and happy. This girl just seems mysterious and solemn.) But ofcourse, she may not have any relation whats so ever to the fairys. Nintendo could have just been reusing a character model they liked for her hairstyle and stone like skin tone.
