As for what's already been said... there are a lot of cliches in there and allusions to past games.. as well as the fact this idea sort of loosely follows the script of Ocarina of Time. It seems more like a borrowing from the Zelda recycling bin than an actual original plot idea. It's not that Zelda doesn't re-use concepts (it does) ... but the idea comes off as a bit strange. The plot seems a bit over fan-fictiony..
I'm also not that supportive of the "shadowmancy" name..
...Your idea of interracial beings seems reasonable, however.

The whole interracial thing however seems like it is thrown in there because it sounds cool, rather than it logically happening at some point or another.
When I read that Link was part Zora and part Human it seemed as if the only reason behind it was "this sounds cool" and then it was just left at that with no purpose or reason
