The man Viratious was fighting tripped into his circle of flame. He forgot to secure the back.
Immediately Viratious ran a good distance away, and collapsed the fires onto the man, quickly putting them out when re realized how hot it was. He didn't want to kill this man.

His opponent got up, turned around, and stared directly at Viratious. His eyes were soft, but confused. He did not understand something. Viratious decided to use some other form of magic, something colder...

He stuck out his arm and froze it into a blade-like apparatus. A quick gasp from the man standing across from him revealed surprise, and possibly fear.
