Okay that bird's power to hypniotize and/or kill anyone is to overpowered for a beginning character. At most, it should only be able to hypnotize some people. As for killing, killing by sight should only be reserved for NPCs, otherwise it wouldn't be a very exciting battle.

Fix the birdy and I'll give her yet another look.
