You have some excellent choices there. Some of them I could definatly see fit the bill. James Earl Jones and Gimli as Gorons were pretty much my first thoughts. Morpheus as Ganondorf was a interesting choice though.

Link doesn't need a voice actor beyond the current one though, unless this would be a full feature movie.
