I'd like to see a return as well.
However somthing such as meeting someone at a specific time was only relevant in MM, since if you missed them the first time you could just go back in time to try again. How would that translate to a new title?

Detailed character descriptions and connections to each other is a very good idea if there is a large amount of side quests or just a complicated main quest.
