You say self-explanatory but I don't get exactly what you mean by "air slice". There can be a lot of different mechanics behind air slicing attacks. Explain yours in a little more detail at least so that I can get the picture.
Also you should probably write the underlined part like this: "used in Unreleased form
, more powerful in Shikai and Bankai." See the comma? It helps make this more understandable. It took me a few times reading it to understand what you were saying exactly. You should do this in the other attacks too.

I don't understand what you mean by "usage is 4 time
s per fight" (need to add an "s" to "time" in that, by the way) when you state that he can do 5 in Shikai and 10 in Bankai, which is more than 4 (duh). Explain this to me.

This might be too much, because you can easily godmode with it. And what do you mean why "anything"? Any kind of weapon? This, like I said, is a bit too powerful. Perhaps you could be more detailed about it and perhaps tone it down?

What exactly do you mean by Dark Matter? I'm a Bleach fan as well, but I'm not familiar with the term of "dark matter". Explain what exactly it is and its uses and limits.

Are there any limits to how many times these attacks can be used? I would truthfully like there to be. There's got to be a limit to how much he can do with his reiatsu, ne?
Also, about attack #8, if he is given the instincts and senses of a werewolf in human state, then does he have the same tunnel vision (narrow) weakness as he does in his werewolf form? Basically, you should state whether or not he has the same weaknesses.

And all the Kireza abilities in the character story should actually be put up in the skills/magic/items/weapons section you made.
Considering that he has so many attacks, it would be correct to assume he can't use all of them and all of their number limits in one given fight. He wouldn't have enough reiatsu to do that, right? Even if you hadn't thought about this, I think you should list it as one of his weaknesses. This guy is rather powerful already. You need to put limits on him or you'll be in danger of godmoding. So you should say he needs to be very conscious of which attacks and the number of times he uses them or he could end up exhausting all his reiatsu without effectively damaging the enemy, which depending on the situation this could happen if he is not aware.

You should have a set number for how many Kunai and Shuriken he carries on a regular basis. Can't have an unlimited supply.
And I think you should add the Rasengan and Summoning justsu to the listed attacks and describe his limits for each of them. Give me limits and details to prove you can't godmode with these.

I have multiple lycan forms. One, Two, and Final is a a slightly larger normal wolf. Aside from the normal transformations I also have Hidden Form(no picture yet) and Rage Form. Neither form is more powerful but gives different advantages. Form #1 Allows continued use of humanoid hands and bipedal movement. Form #2 allows limited bipedal movement but has no hands. So besides the three normal transformations, what are the abilities of Hidden Form and Rage Form that make them different from the basic three?
Since #1 form allows the use of humanoid hands, would you say this form is more focused on upper body power such as hitting, slashing with claws, and throwing than #2 and #3? And then #2 would be more of an middle ground between #1 and #3, limited bipedal movement that allows him to slash with claws but also needs to rely on biting? I'm asking this because I feel that if this is true you should add these details in here.
