-Your forum is still a little small, despite the fact that you use sub-boards. Look at
ZU's index, and see if they is anything else that you might want on your forum.
-A daily poll is a little much. I would recommend a monthly, or weekly poll. Daily polls happen too fast, and don't give users the time to look at them all, on the account of them filling the board rapidly. You will need constant ideas for a daily poll, which run out at some point in time.
