It would be interesting. But myself sees this girl as nothing more than the Holy Light put into the Master Sword to best evil (been a while since I've played a Zelda game but you should get my point). She shows herself to Link much in the same way that the master sword allowed Link to travel time in OoT. Because it must be done for some reason to save the world.
