If I could vote twice, I would pick OoT and TP.
Reason for OoT: OoT was my first Zelda game, and I will forever cherish the memories of spending an hour figuring out how to swing the sword. (I was only 3 or 4, I couldn't read)
Reason for TP: One of my favorite storylines! Plus I loved the wolf link part.
