I think we need to make a new rule, since this seems to happen a lot.

Newbies wishing to be adopted must make a post in this thread when they've chozen their adopter (if they had more than one offer).
Until the Newbie makes that post in here, they are still unadopted.

They can pm their answer to their adopter only after they've made the post in here.
