Weapon: His main and most common attacks use his arm, claws, and fangs. Occasionally, a gun or a small dagger.

The cross Veltian wears is a weapon he uses against other vampires. Crosses aren't necessarily vampire killers, they just can be USED to kill a vampire and protect yourself against them.

The thing on his arm is an effect from a stone he stole from someone. The stone was embedded in his arm and was what transformed him into a vampire. It can be used to turn his arm into a sword/spear. It begins on his elbow and extends three or so feet when he uses it.

Strengths: Enhanced speed and strength. His movements are like a big cat, and his strength is enough to flip a car. If you were to see him fight, he would be like a blur. He can move around in the air by jumping off walls and manipulating the shadows. He arm is also very sharp and potent.

Weakness: Sunlight doesn’t hurt him, as it is widely believed, but it does hinder his abilities. He tends to work alone, not trusting many, leaving him to be overwhelmed if the enemy is too strong for him. Silver, stakes though the heart, and holy items can and will hurt.

His vampirism is very strong in him. He once tried his hardest to not give in, constantly watching himself. But his will was weak and the hunger became too much, turning him into nothing more than an animal. He loses judgment and will kill and drink the blood of anyone he finds, innocent or not, until he is satisfied.

Skills/Magic:
Sight: Makes an aura appear around a person to determine a person’s intentions. He sees them and knows when to believe someone or not. Also allows him to see clearly in the dark.

Rise: Lets him become lighter when he walks across a space of air, letting him glide to platforms. Can also be used to walk up walls and to jump easily.

Adrenaline: In junction with rise, he can move fast and avoid attacks as well as dangerous situations.

Twilight: He travels by literally sinking away into the shadows. He can also use this to hide from someone or escape.

Appearance:

Personality: Solitary. Veltian prefers to work alone for the most part. If you happen to meet him, don’t expect him to stick around long.

He doesn’t speak often. He is not shy by any means. He just chooses to be quiet and has little to say. Most of his responses are very short and curt.

He will hunt down and kill people for their blood. He gave up fighting it back long ago. He won’t mindlessly kill people, though. He chooses his prey very carefully.

Biography: Veltian was born as a young man named James. He was an archeologist working with his father in Argentina. One day, he went to look for an ancient treasure, the Blood Stone, which had allegedly created the first vampire, Dracula. Upon finding the stone, James picked it up and it burned into his left hand, becoming a vampire and out of sheer hunger he killed his father. As soon as the last drop left his body, James jumped back, horrified by what he had done. He ran away and starved himself, but to no avail.

A year passed, and he was still a vampire. Having not tasted human blood for some time, he was weak. He sniffed the air and discovered a village nearby…

Blood. Screams. Death.

Veltian was satisfied. He licked the remaining blood from his lips and began to walk.

300 years passed. Veltian was strong enough that he was recognized by a group of vampires called the Children of the Black Rose. He joined their ranks, eventually killing the leader and usurping his throne. He created an army of newborns, which were very strong being already filled with the blood from their former lives. Using this army, he hopes to overtake Lucifer and become the new king of Hell.
