Zyke ignored the offer of food, though it smelled delicious, and he hadn't eaten since this morning. He narrowed his eyes, and his words came in clipped tones, betraying the rage burining inside him.
"You did this. Why?"
Already having guessed the answer would not justify the woman's actions, Zyke's hand strayed to his hidden knife, loosening it in its sheath.
